At Meta Private Reserve™, every item is created with intention and produced specifically for each order. Because our products are made to order, we ask that you review the information below carefully before making a purchase.

Made-to-Order Items

All Meta Private Reserve™ products are printed and fulfilled on demand. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain quality, but it also means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Include your order number in your message

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, size, or color due to a fulfillment error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged after use or washing

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences or fabric properties

Please note: White garments may appear off-white due to fabric composition. This is not considered a defect.
